Is this the fanciest place in the world? No but it suits us just fine. The room with the King Bed and the pull out coach is comfortable and spacious for two to three people. The location is close to Williamsburg, it isn't a hard walk to get there. The price of the rooms is excellent. Could the place be cleaner? Maybe but there's an element of "you get what you pay for" and the place has been clean enough for us and we've stayed here 3-4 times now. I have no reservations staying here based on my past visits.

I love the location and their customer service is great the rooms are very clean and people are very friendly that work there they try to help you in any way they can and answer any questions that you may have a very safe place to walk around at at at night and close to stores and stuff and there's a park I love it stay there A lot of times

The staff was very friendly and the pool was more decent that I expected. I also liked how close we were to Busch Gardens and the Colonial pancake house down the road had the best breakfast ever.

I liked it because I was able to get a suite at very reseasonalbe price. I always wanted to get a king size bed and sofa in the same room.

The rooms reasonable clean. The tub was slow draining because of hair, the I cleaned out of the drain. Beds were comfortable.
